Error ''CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS'' while accessing Dimension

Hi All

I am working on Time -dependent hierarchy concept with BPC NW SP08 along with necessary(support) OSS notes to implement the functionality rather than upgrading SP09. After doing necessary steps as per OSS Note # 1800842. All suddenly I am getting below error message during  Dimension  view from LIST  to HIERARCHY for SCOPE Dimension.                            VIEW - LIST is NO ISSUE

An exception of the type 'CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS' occurred that was not caught anywhere along the call hierarchy. It was neither handled locally nor declared with a RAISING clause

Note: Please note that  Earlier I was able to change DIMENSION  view from LIST to HIERARCHY without any issues. I have implemented timebased Hierarchy for SCOPE only.

I am at  Step # 2 or Point # 2  under HOW TO Activate from OSS # 1800842

Please advice or help , how to resolve the issue
