Office 2013 Error launching Office Client Object Reference not set to an instance of an Object

Hello Gurus, I have a problema with Office 2013 and BPC 10.0 when I press click in the option EPM Add-in Excel the System show the error: "Error launching Office Client Object Reference not set to an instance of an Object"

Surfing in Internet I've found a sap note with number 1702693 where expliains a problem with the disabled complements in the office BUT OFFICE 2010 and review in the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel\Resiliency, but in my office the complement is  enabled, and the Folder Resiliency doesn't exist
