Method Based Multipliers Starterkit

Hi,

I have been reviewing the method based multipliers in the starterkit and in quite a few of them, the rules seem to have doubled up. 

To my knowledge Rule 1 and 4 combined in one rule would have been sufficient or am I missing a trick?

Also the PC100NW_IFRS_Configuration.pdf document gives an ID convention for setting up the rules but it does not seem to follow it.

Half of the rules don't even have 10 caracters so I'm a bit lost for instance these two methods

AA_99_E2

AM_99_X1

The third caracter does not seem to be present (1,2,9)

Can someone please help me out? Is there any other documention available on these rules as all I have been able to find so far is quite minimal.
