Hi -
There are a group of users in a specific location which are not able to log on to BPC for excel (version 7.5 SP07). They enter the server name, credentials, and everything else as they normally would, however after selecting the next button the screen gives the message "please wait..." indefinitely.
Any idea what may have triggered this issue, and what the resolution is?

Further I am able to connect using the usual server name (i.e. BPC.<companyname>.NET) so it appears the issue is specific to the location of where the users are.
Might this have something to do with port 80? If so how would I check in SAP that port 80 is open?
