Dinamic Filter Using Properties of a dimension

Hi gurus,

I want to know if there is any possibility to make a dinamic filter using properties of a dimension.

I will explain my problem. I will show in a simple example:

and i want to know if it is possible to do the same directly on the report, because we want to do the dimensionoverride wihtout showing "CENTRO" dimension.
