I am facing some issues with BPC email delivery for the distribution of input schedules / reports. The email delivery is unsuccessful and a part of log is not viewable. We are using BPC 7.5 Netweaver with service pack 12. Please refer below full description of the issues and attachments.
Issue 1:
On the execution of distribution list for sending input schedules or reports via email to the user, the delivery of email gets fail. The log message shows that “failed to send ZUSER12345@free-way.com”. The log further shows that all preceding steps are successful. Please refer attachment titled as “Log_Details_1” and “Log_Details_2” for more details.
The below are relevant settings that we made for SMTP configuration details:
SMTPAUTH = 0
SMTPPASSWORD = <Blank Space>
SMTPPORT = 25
SMTPSERVER = ZIN10
SMTPUSER = ZUSER12345
Issue2:
Log is not fully viewable. i.e. there is no scroll to left to view whole log details. Please refer attachment “Log_Details_2”. Words at extreme left are not viewable. Is any solution to overcome this issue?
