Report creation in BPC 10.1 (Classic) using excel add-in for MS Excel 2013

Current system versions:

SAP_BW : 740

CPMBPC : 810

EPM add in : Version 10.0 SP 17 .NET 3.5

Issue:

While creating a report, with one dimension on row and column each,

I am getting following error

"Internal Server Error

500 Connection timed out"
