Hi
We are doing a Backup / Restore to a 7.4 environment with BPC 10.1 SP 4.
When doing the restore, it fails with table xxxx already exists.
Message:
Error occured while creating cache table for dimensions
- Table NWD1UC7 already exists
Having a look in SE11, we can see that the tables exists in the system from a restore that have gone wrong.
Example:
1CPMB/DNWD1UC7 ACCOUNT
/1CPMB/DNWD3VOB VERSION
/1CPMB/DNWDD1WX AUDIT_TRAIL
/1CPMB/DNWDI6IJ TIME
/1CPMB/DNWDP5T5 FLOW
/1CPMB/DNWDSO1C INTERCO
/1CPMB/DNWDWU78 ENTITY
Tried to run the program UJAA_CLEAN_DELETED_APPSET or UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT, but it doens remove the tables.
I have reported an incident to SAP, but it takes time for a solution.
I have seen notes on SAP to delete BPC tables manually, but thats only for Audit tables.
Any tips for overcome this issue? Maybe delete all the tables manually in SE11. The system is not in use, and is a development system.
If I would delete the tables, I would need to register a key for each table which is not a problem it self.
But is it safe to clear all the tables in the /1CPMB/ namespace with the NW prefix that is the technical name?
Any other solution?
