We use (SAP Netweaver) BPC and EPM add-in. Some of the users (when running reports) are not able to choose any members in the dimension "Department" in order to retrieve data and/or save data (they have necessary rights). The window with selection is simply empty. What is more interesting is only the users working on the ServerX were impacted. Users on ServerY could work as usual. In simple words: we could have two users with the same rights, sitting on the same floor or even at the same desk. One would be impacted and the other not.
Any hints, guide lines, anything?
