Look up function is not working as expected

Hi,

We recently upgraded to SP7 to SP17. Now, we are facing issues with LOOKUP function, previously it worked fine on the same data. It is not retrieving the data from the Model.

Is there any thing changed from SP 7 to 17? If yes, any note is available.
