The reports work correctly only after clearing templates in user template folder

Hi Dear Experts,

Kindly ask you to help solve following problem:

on some users’ side some of reports caching data (show old data). The reports only work correctly after clearing templates in user template folder (C:\Users\”username”\Documents\PC_NW\”userlogin”\TempLocalXLClient) and after using button “Clear Metadata cache” in EPM pane.
