How do you extend the connection time in EPM Add-In for Excel to avoid timeouts?

We are in SAP BPC 10 NW, and we keep having to log off and log back on because our connections appear to be timing out.  I assume this is a setting somewhere, but I do not see where.  Is it in NW or in Basis, etc.?
