EPMSelectMember does not work in Office 2003

Hi All

we have a trouble: many of our users use MS Office 2003

and function EPMSelectMember does not work in this office

we use BPC 10NW, SP12, P1, .NET 3.5

After installing .NET 4.0 we still see .NET 3.5 in the BPC about window

if there are both 2003 and 2007 are installed then this function works fine

but is there is only Office 2003 is installed then

does anyone know what we need to do?
