We just installed the latest SPs for BPC embedded and standard. Though the web client will not start properly at
http://host:port/sap/epm/bpc/web.
When above page gets loaded we can see the BPC header with the user, the home button to the upper right and the menu at the bottom right. But then there is popup with the message: Service cannot be reached. What has happened? URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. Note: The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden. What can I do? Please select a valid URL. HTTP 403 – Forbidden. Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team.
The window behind the message hangs and has the following text: Querying available environments
I have gone over SICF several times and do not see an inactive service.
I checked SAP Note 2103585 - Product Component Matrix for SAP Business Planning & Consolidation 10.1, version for Net Weaver 7.4.
The versions seem to be in order.
Are we missing sap content?
Does anybody have a clue?
