Hi We are experiencing a problem with BPC 7.5.15 plugin for Excel 2010 in that the Data Manager module fails when launching (see pic)
The data manager will work the first time the client is installed, but when the Xenapp 6.5 server is restarted the above error message appears. The XenApp 6.5 server is fully patched for MS & Citrix.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
