After importing a 10.0 environment into a (newly installed) 10.1 system i'm getting an error whenever iItry to open the activities in an BPF of when opening the BPF template. This happens for alle BPF's. The error I get is very simular to the error in these posts

Not none of the posts offers a solution.
I tried opening note 2112102, but that is not published. I ran UJA_DATA_CHECKER without issues and ran UJT_MIGRATE_100_TO_101 multiple times without succes.
the buffer sizes seem to be fine and alle the dimensions are processed without errors.
Please advise
