Error while loading data using the FTP Data Manager Package

Hello,

We are trying to load transactional data from an FTP file location using the FTP Data Manager Package, but have been unable to do so until now.
We keep getting an error "Failed to Retrieve Data" in the Detail log. I have attached the screenshot below. I tested the ftp connection and it works fine directly, but somehow, the BPC DM package does not connect. I have attached the screenshot below. Does anybody have any ideas about how to fix this ?
