UNABLE TO LOAD NON NUMERIC DATA IN CUBE

Hi Experts,

My data(signed data) in bpc cube is having non numerical data which is having two decimals like 8.289.585,0000000.

i already downloaded from bpccube ,i just want to load this data to some other cube through flat file.

when i loaded i get this type of rejection error like non numerical data(3000+ records).

so any one one please help me out with this...how to convert that number to numerical data.
