Import text file (data) - Convert succeed, Load fail

Hi Experts,

We are trying to load 6 records into our model using the standard process chain "Import Text File" (chain: /CPMB/IMPORT).  The records succeed at the Convert stage but fail when they reach the stage of loading:

The transformation file validates fine when run for this data file.  Therefore, there must be something preventing it from loading into the cube.  As there is no easy way to debug data manager loading and I can't find any errors in SLG1 or SM21 I'm stuck.  Does any one have any ideas or experience with this?
