INDEX OUT OF RANGE WHEN SELECTING THE MEMBER

Hello Experts,

I need to upload the master data from BW . I have created a transformation file and when I try to validate the same I get the following error as attached. I have checked for the lengths of attributes,created another I/o just to check if the Existing infoobject was corrupted  but I get the same error.
